By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated and manually-sent text messages from CelerityHat at the mobile number you provided.

You may opt into CelerityHat SMS communications through one or more of the following methods:

  • Responding to a keyword prompt (e.g., texting JOIN or YES to a designated CelerityHat short code or long code number).

CelerityHat’s SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and US Cellular. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. CelerityHat is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CelerityHat’s SMS program for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. CelerityHat reserves the right to cancel or suspend your access to the SMS program if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Information collected as part of the SMS program, including your mobile phone number and opt-in consent, is governed by CelerityHat’s Privacy Policy (Part 1 of this document). We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Opt-in consent and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with TCPA and applicable carrier requirements.

10. TCPA Compliance

CelerityHat’s SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations. We obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing-related text messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly. Our messaging practices also comply with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and applicable carrier guidelines.

11. 10DLC Registration

CelerityHat’s SMS messaging is conducted through registered 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers in accordance with industry requirements set by the Campaign Registry (TCR) and major U.S. wireless carriers. Our messaging campaigns are registered with the appropriate campaign use cases to ensure deliverability and compliance.

12. Modifications to the SMS Program

CelerityHat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time with or without notice. We may also update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Privacy policy :

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
