SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Program Description

CelerityHat Inc. operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients, prospects, and partners regarding our Alliance Management as a Service (AMaaS) offerings, including updates on services, events, webinars, whitepapers, meeting reminders, and other business-related communications.

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated and manually-sent text messages from CelerityHat at the mobile number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from CelerityHat.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt into CelerityHat SMS communications through one or more of the following methods:

  • Completing a web form on www.celerityhat.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox.
  • Responding to a keyword prompt (e.g., texting JOIN or YES to a designated CelerityHat number).
  • Verbally or in writing during a business interaction with a CelerityHat representative, with documented confirmation.

Message Frequency Disclosure: Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with CelerityHat and the nature of your engagement. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month.

Message types may include:

  • Event and webinar invitations and reminders
  • New resource announcements (whitepapers, blog posts, case studies)
  • Meeting confirmations and follow-ups
  • Partnership opportunity updates
  • Company news and announcements

4. Message and Data Rates

Rate Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier. CelerityHat is not responsible for any charges billed by your carrier. Please check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan’s messaging and data rates.

5. How to Opt Out

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of CelerityHat SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from CelerityHat. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

7. Supported Carriers

CelerityHat’s SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and US Cellular. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. CelerityHat is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CelerityHat’s SMS program for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. CelerityHat reserves the right to cancel or suspend your access to the SMS program if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Information collected as part of the SMS program, including your mobile phone number and opt-in consent, is governed by CelerityHat’s Privacy Policy at www.celerityhat.com/privacy-policy/.

No Sharing of SMS Data: We will not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances, including for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-in consent and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with TCPA and applicable carrier requirements.

10. TCPA Compliance

CelerityHat’s SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC regulations. We:

  • Obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing-related text messages.
  • Honor all opt-out requests promptly upon receipt.
  • Comply with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
  • Adhere to applicable carrier guidelines and industry standards.

11. 10DLC Registration

CelerityHat’s SMS messaging is conducted through registered 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers in accordance with industry requirements set by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and major U.S. wireless carriers. Our messaging campaigns are registered to ensure deliverability and compliance.

12. Modifications to the SMS Program

CelerityHat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time with or without notice. We may also update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Mobile Data Sharing Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By checking this box, you consent to receive SMS text messages from CelerityHat Inc. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
